1. Manually Updating the Launcher 

To ensure your box is running the latest software and that all applications are correctly updated:

• Action: When you reach the home screen, navigate to Launcher Settings.
• Step: Select Update Launcher.
• Why: While the system usually updates automatically, this manual step forces the box to check for and grab any missed updates, which in turn triggers updates for your installed applications. You will know it is complete once you see three check marks appear on the screen.

2. Regularly Clearing App Cache 

As you use your applications, they accumulate "cache" files over time. If not cleared, these files can cause the system to become congested, leading to performance issues or erratic app behavior.

• Action: Go to System Settings > Apps.
• Step: Select your most frequently used apps and choose Clear Cache.
• Important Note: Make sure you only clear the cache. Do not select "Clear Data," as that will remove your login information and personal settings.
• Tip: It is recommended to perform this maintenance periodically for all your frequently used apps to keep the device running smoothly.
