Fix 1: Power Cycle the Device 

1. Unplug the power adapter from both the vSeeBox and the wall outlet.
2. Wait for about 30 seconds to ensure complete power discharge.
3. Plug the power adapter back into the vSeeBox and then into the wall outlet.
4. Observe if the device powers on normally.

Fix 2: Disable HDMI CEC Control 

1. Navigate to Settings on your vSeeBox.
2. Go to Device Preferences > Input.
3. Turn off the HDMI Control option.

Fix 3: Check the Power Adapter and Cable 

1. Ensure the power adapter is properly connected to both the vSeeBox and the power outlet.
2. Inspect the power cable for any visible damage.
3. If possible, try using a different compatible power adapter to see if the issue persists.

Fix 4: Factory Reset via AV Port

1. Locate the AV port on the back of the vSeeBox.
2. Insert a toothpick or a similar tool into the AV port to press the hidden reset button.
3. While holding the reset button down, plug the power adapter back in.
4. Continue holding the reset button for 15 to 20 seconds.
5. Release the button when the recovery menu appears on the screen.
6. Use the remote to navigate to Factory Reset and confirm.
